Missed the Playoffs?  Not Again.

Every year in the NFL, there are teams that barely miss the playoffs even though they deserve to be there.  On the flip side of that, there teams that don't deserve to be in the playoffs but as a result of an easy schedule, a weak division, and some luck, they make it anyway.  There are certain teams that I feel missed the playoffs last year and are going to make it this year.

Farewell to Bill Walsh: Innovator, Legend, Genius

 Today, the football world lost one of its greatest.  Bill Walsh passed away today at age 75 after a bout with leukemia.  He gained the nickname: "The Genius."  And rightfully so.  He was a revolutionist and is widely accepted as one of the greatest coaches of all time.  He will not only be remembered for his on-field accomplishments as a coach, but he will be remembered for his legacy and what he left behind for the world of football.

Daunte Culpepper’s misery has come to an end now that the Dolphins have terminated his contract. The QB once famous for “getting his roll on” must now find a new home. After experiencing success early in his career with the Vikings, Culpepper moved to Miami in 2006. In an injury-shortened season in which he only played 4 games, Culpepper threw for 929 yards, with 2 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Michael Vick is on the hot seat.  After a year filled with controversy, including a drug accusation, flipping off a fan, and dogfighting, Vick is possibly on his way out.  With a new coach, he has a new start, but if Vick is unable to work out, Matt Schuab, who has shown past success, will quickly come in to replace Vick.
